Living in Town, where his main clients for his catering shop would be cost effective for him and because it could be cheaper and would not have to use capitol most of his capitol.

Some advice to Mr. Dish would be that he must offer better, prices, goods and quality to the consumer; otherwise competition could be lofty for him. Parking and transport must have easy access to the shop by many parking bays, maybe places to unload goods e.g. a garage or store rooms and there must be security, because safety is a number one concern.

If he would be moving he would use capitol on equipment, furniture, supplies, telephone lines and insurance.

Mr. Dish would need to use his own or borrow capitol & he must ask himself, if

How much money is needed and where can it be obtained.

Mr. Dish may need workers and to have suitable workers you need to have lower production costs, not a lot of preparation just basic training for the workers, He must try to increase productivity with workers as well.

Having adequate power and water is an important basis. Some may use either a lot or much less water and power as for Mr. Dish it may be more costly, Power would be needed for his Bakery business and water for his supplies and human consumption.

Climate and weather changes would not matter for Mr. Dish; in the business sector a cooler climate helps productivity in worker. But doesn’t cause many problems.

If he was in a centralized industrial area there would be more crime, riots, hard to find employment but if it is in a quiet working are there would be less chance of crime, lower rent and resources would be cheaper.

Before all of the above are taken into consideration and careful thought, he must have an in depth study of this move before he shall locate to a new area.
